How to make an order?
After you made an order you receive notification. Our Customer Care Specialists will contact you by signed e-mail or phone number.
The production time depends on products specification and starts from 1 month.
Materials of the piece can be changed to your taste. After discussion and your permission, you receive an agreement with the full description of items and total price.
Final price will be counted including delivery services according to your location.

Standard Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your it according to our Return Policy.
For orders shipped regional ,We accept returns of full price merchandise within 14 days of the date on which items are delivered to you.
For orders shipped internationally, We will accept returns of full price merchandise within 30 days of the date on which items are delivered to you. Upon receipt of your return request we will send an email containing a return shipping label.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
All sale, sample sale, and special items* are final sale and may not be returned.
Returns must be received by Us in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags, designer packaging, belts, and other items which may have accompanied your purchase still attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or We have made a shipping error.
